The followingdecisions have been made in 3rd Annual Meeting of Balkan Libraries Union (BLU)held on 27-28 March 2013 in K�rklareli: 

 

  • �        Todesign Balkan Libraries Union OpenAccess Database

  • �        Topublish a regional journal in professional and cultural fields named Balkan Libraries Union Journal

  • �        Toconduct an Erasmus-model staff exchange which will be organized by the memberinstitutions of Balkan                Libraries Union through their cooperation

  • �        Tolaunch Inter Library Loan (ILL)service which will be carried out reciprocally for a certain time among                        themember institutions of the Union

  • �        Toform a common e-mail platform to enable more effective communication andsharing among the                            members, to open Facebook and Twitter accounts for allmembers which will facilitate more lively                                communication
